"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. "Overall excellent experience. Plan your trips for transportation well in advance as taxis take along time if available. Book night before or coordinate travel with hotel shuttle. Property clean but if you look at detail it needs some refurbishment in certain areas like landscaping pressure cleaning and some aging areas need upgrading. Not really a CON per se but something the hotel can do to keep 4 star + ratings"

The location is excellent and very convenient, so we highly recommend staying here. We also loved having convenient shops inside the hotel, especially Tully’s Coffee and 7-Eleven. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for a quick meal or coffee. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay."
