"Villa 40 is nice; however, it needs some repairs. The downstairs shower drain has a constant bad smell. The left sink drain is clogged for this bathroom and a smoke detector is missing from the downstairs Master Bedroom. My family and I were annoyed by the large kayak in the garage.
