"The room and surrounding area were clean but there was an unpleasant odor in the room. We opened the window which took away the smell. The water pressure in the shower was good. No complementary soap or shampoo in restroom. The full sized fridge along with the cooktop were nice but adding a small coffeemaker would have been nice. What was supposed to be the bath towels were very small, more like a large hand towel. The toilet was very low. A small child would have no problem sitting on it and...

"It was very spacious for my family of 6. There was great amenities & amazing breakfast. Room was cleaned efficiently."

"This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated."

"The hotel was what I would consider average. The room was clean but not overly large. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. They need a different type of fixture. Putting in my contacts was quite a challenge. Bedding was average. Bathroom amenities were good. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed by the health dept. ? There was a $250 deposit put on my credit card for incidentals & I was told at check out that it would come off in 5-7 days? I think that is too long! The price was good...

"Hotels.com Where you aware that this place was newly built and my reservation were for May 9th arrive and May 10th depart. Big surprise folks this place will not open until May 12 2026 SO I had to scramble to get moved to Home 2 by Hilton just down the road and what gets me today is the 10th and you folks don't even know you had a problem I'd get this problem solved that has to do with your bookings I gave you a 3 on everything because I couldn't comment or judge this Place Alan Johnson"
