"Staff was nice, unfortunately property condition was not the best. Between the mold in our shower, having to pay every night for parking, every time you turned around you were being charged for something. The pool at this property had paint chipping off in the water in the walls. Had paint literally peeling off of them."

"The pool was pretty nice. The Personnel is the problem. Do not have a clean culture, nor a service culture, no towels in the pool area, the Hotel was dirty in the open areas, hallways. Our room had a pretty bad mattress and no response to change it. We stayed 3 nights and no resolution. The Hotel Asset is pretty good, but the staff in front desk... always in their phones,and hanging around..."

"Room smelled stale upon entry. Running fan continuously seemed to help. A/C was extremely loud when it kicked in."

"Clean room. Not so friendly staff. The italian resturaunt lady was very nice. They advertise a breakfast buffet which is why i chose this. My husband loves breakfast buffet. Its nothing more than a continental breakfast. Thursday morning food was dired out. Eggs hard. Pretty basic and never a change of choices either. We were there 4 days. Will stay elsewhere next time"

"Breakfast isn't served until 7am in Saturday & we left before that so didn't get to have any. Also we asked for sheets & blanket for the pull out sofa but was only brought the sheets. We were tired so just used the blankets we brought with us. Over all it was good stay. Room was clean & the water preyin the shower was fantastic."
