"Breakfast was a bit bland but the facilities were great, staff were really helpful"

"The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food available was very good including breakfast.Only dislikes were the operation of the lift was not clearly marked where to put your room key.The shaver point was not easy to find and awkward to insert. The interconnecting door we had in our room was very inhibiting.,if you don't know the people next door. You could see the light from the adjoining room shining through. Also the amorous couple next door kept us awake...

"You do get what you pay for and by all means this is not a 5 star luxury hotel. However, I have to say that I have zero complaints! - lovely staff - clean bed - kettle with coffee and tea provided - beautiful sea views (shower I faced the car park which didn’t bother me) You can hear noise from other rooms, however again this wasn’t an issue for me. If you do have this problem, I’m sure the staff will be happy to help. Thank you Carlton."

"Location was great. TV not working and arrived to a unclean bathroom"

"The room we had was on the top floor with no lift which was a bit hard with two little kids and luggage. The door wouldn’t close properly without slamming it. The shower gel was empty in the room. We had brought cash from our holiday and were informed at the desk they had gone cashless so we had to pay via bank card which defeats the...

"I booked this hotel as it is the only one in the area with a pool, however when I arrived I was told the pool was closed. This was very disappointing as I was not told at the time of booking and the room was non refundable. The rooms are very dated with small beds and limited amenities."

"Checking in was quick all staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions we needed. We would stay here again as it was very quiet happy to recommend"

"Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills."

"Great facilities."

"Had to speak to staff behind the bar to check us in as no one on reception, but we did check -in later than expected. Hotel was above and beyond and the staff were very helpful, however I found not having a fridge in room was inconvenient, and only having plant based oat milk disappointing as I love a cup of tea in the morning.saying that, our food was well cooked and very tasty, and the service at breakfast was well organised. Views and walks from the hotel fantastic, and sea view rooms were...
