"All personal som arbetar på hotellet är otroligt vänliga, tillmötesgående och har så bra bemötande. Hjälpte oss med allt vi önskade. Rummen super fina och fräscha. Takterrassen var 12/10 utsikten kan man inte få nog av då man ser pyramiderna perfekt. Vi kommer definitivt åka tillbaka till samma hotell nästa gång vi besöker Giza "

"The hotel was generally clean, room was comfortable, hot water for a good shower, they made room service (which is no common in hotels in Egypt for this price), breakfast was ‘ok’, good internet connection, the staff was very friendly and helpful at every request. The view in the rooftop was great. However, one of the windows didn’t close properly so at night was difficult to sleep and the building does not have lift (service staff help to carry the luggages though)."

"We loved our stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the pyramid complex so the location is unbeatable if visiting the pyramids & GEM. "Once I arrived they "lost my reservation and was full up" gave the run around the whole time. Put us up in different hotel with was not the quality that I paid for said that they would have room for the last 3 day of my 9 night stay. (I was having alot of dental work done and this was a major problem and interfered with it getting done). "I felt like staying at this hotel was hard work. The car from the airport wasn’t there to pick us up, the room we paid for wasn’t available to us on the first night (we were refunded the difference), the hotel is new but the bathroom fixtures and cupboards didn’t work properly.
