Khách sạn Kilohana Kai , Waikoloa

"the room is very large and great for 4 people family. we had wonderful time there."

"What I liked the most about was the cleanness and hospitality of the staff working on the floor. What I didn’t like about it was the long check in process which took a while. We expected a faster check in with the baby but it simply didn’t happen and we had to wait until a room was available. There were no free umbrellas at the beach front. The chairs with the canopy were $175 each to rent for a day to stay out of the sun when not in the water."

"Beautiful and clean! Staff is so friendly, food and drinks are expensive so be prepared for that but overall the best resort on the Island!"

"Everything was nice"

"Pretty good"

"We had a great stay at Hilton Waikoloa Village. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. While the property is beautiful, it could use some cosmetic updates. We noticed areas where the pool coping was missing, and some doors could benefit from better caulking, fresh paint, and general upkeep. Nui Italian was a fantastic restaurant, and the bar staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience,...

"部屋に虫は一度出ましたが、暖かい土地なので許容範囲とします。 ウォーターサーバーがあるので、持参不要。 ホテルのレストランでランチを購入し、プールサイドでいただきました。 ガーリックシュリンプは、美味しかったです。 また、ネコが庭にいますので、猫好きにはたまらないと思います。"

"Perfect for our needs"
