"Stayed at the Dorset Square in August for my wife’s birthday and again in September for an event at Wembley, (couple of minutes from Marylebone station which is 9 minutes to Wembley Stadium). Staff are fantastic, very warm and welcoming. Rooms are beautifully decorated and well maintained, as are all the other Firmdales we have stayed at. Lots of choice at breakfast and lunch - would recommend the cheeseburger. "

"I have never been to a hotel with better service. The staff are kind and highly organized. I was very impressed with everyone from the bellman to the front desk. They are accommodating and thoughtful. The room was also in perfect condition with a beautiful view of the atrium. Room service was wonderful and the location was perfect. The bed was firm and pillows were a bit too firm for me but thats personal preference. Loved this hotel and would stay again! "
