"Our favourite hotel for a family wellbeing break, we love the sauna, pool, jacuzzi and steam room, quiet bedrooms and the buffet breakfast. Lots to see and do in the local area, and the staff are lovely. Useful to have EV charging and plenty of free parking."

"Welcoming staff, personal service from a relatively small hotel. Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. Will definitely be stopping again."

"Lovely stay. Staff go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their time there. We were upgraded to the grace and savour rooms. Wonderful ! Very warm when it was freezing outside. Barman Ollie was incredibly friendly and informative . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the bar! "

"Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money."

"The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Krishe. Couldn’t have asked for more from them. Parts of the estate are a little tired but it looks like they are renovating the main old building and in general, the family had a great time there. The 2 bed apartment was huge. "
