"The view was top notch! The lobby was very nice with a coffee shop and good restaurant. There were many good restaurants in the neighborhood and the proximity to tourist sites (the Tower of London and beautiful Tower Bridge) was very close. However I would NEVER recommend this hotel. The rooms were horrible; hot, stuffy, no AC, toilet had to be coaxed to flush, beds were uncomfortable, comforters with no separate sheets made sleeping in a hot room unbearable. Bathrooms were very well used,...

"The staff are friendly and professional, breakfast options were very good. The main criticism I have is the room was far too small with poor storage, and my upgraded balcony was unusable so a waste of money. I shall not stay there again because of the room, but if you are traveling on your own for 1 or 2 days, with a requirement to be close to the city then it’s fine"

"We had a very good stay at M and were really happy with our experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Edinburgh, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy reach. The apartment-style setup was especially convenient for our family and made our stay more comfortable.

"Amazingly helpful staff, professional and kind.
Breakfast included was great and they let us order it to take away BC we had to leave for airport at 5 am.
Having access to the spa to freshen up before we got our room was also amazing.
Really appreciated the arranging of a taxi, the wake up calls and just general feeling of interest from the staff."
