"Phone broken. Had to go downstairs to say the cover you find inside closet at all the other hampstons was not there because they did not have it. Clock was broken. Carpet filthy. Fabric chairs breakfast room was disgusting black with marks of oil from peoples hands. Other guests were there as well complaining they did not have hot water in their room. Owner is from India and they are very famous in keeping all the money not putting a dollar back for guests!"

"Our stay here was mediocre at best. Location is convenient and the rooms were fairly clean besides having a musty smell. The property itself is in terrible condition. The parking lot and area right outside condo front doors has trash everywhere. The pool area had cigarette butts and food crumbs all over the place.
