"The lift broke and as a disabled person the 2nd floor was an issue so Alison on reception not only moved me to the ground floor but collected all my belongings and brought them down for me. The room was clean comfy and quiet, would recommend the breakfast as well, purchase with your booking it’s cheaper. The only other issue I had was the disabled toilet was out of use in the reception I would however stay again. "

"I always say that when I am going for a short visit to meet family & friends over Christmas, I only need a hotel to provide me with a nice clean, comfortable room, a good sleep, a hot shower & a good breakfast to set me up for the day. Eastwood Hall provided all of these in abundance! Everything from parking up to finding reception, signing in and getting about was spot on. The staff were all friendly, helpful and polite & what else can I say! It went beyond what I expect for my stay so...

"Buxton Crescent is a very good hotel situated in the middle of town, close to all the amenities. The breakfast was a bit disappointing on one of the two mornings we were there as the portion was a bit meager and not of great quality, however the full English was really nice. The room was lovely and the spa was excellent! We also had a pre theatre menu dinner that was very tasty and well presented. A very relaxing and pleasant experience."
