The only problem I had was if I didn't put the bolt on the door wouldn't stay shut or locked when in the room and I had to pull it closed when leaving problem to make sure it shut..They also said free breakfast on the page I booked from but they just had coffee. Also it was a little confusing that ...

Hawthorn Extended Stay By Wyndham Knoxville
It was a great stay until we returned to the hotel at 10p and had a very difficult time finding a parking spot. Large trucks and trailers were taking up multiple spaces.

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University by IHG
The room was nice and the location was fantastic. Close with walking to the Old City, Market Square and the church next door. The lobby is lovely and inviting. I enjoyed it!

Their elevator has been broken 2 mos according to staff. carrying luggage up stairs is no fun. Breakfast was scant.
