"The Knoxville Hilton is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! It is dirty. The room smelled terrible. The staff was extremely rude when I went back to the front desk to let them know, they had given me the wrong room. The front desk attendant told me I got the room that was available ..."

"We stayed for one night and the bed was very comfortable and pillows were perfect. The little courtyard of restaurants near by was a perfect place to eat and shop."
