"The employees at this hotel promised me that early check-out would be possible at a specific time that we agreed upon. However, when I came to the reception early morning it was still closed, so that I had to leave without my deposit and almost lost my ferry departure. "We loved our stay there, but let’s face it. You get what you pay for. This place is not a 5 star resort. However we didn’t pay for a 5 star experience. The whole place is in need of a renovation. The breakfast is not great. Neither is the gym. HOWEVER, the staff was amazing and we loved our “rustic” villa. You will love it there. Just have in mind it’s rustic, and a very affordable “5 star” resort. "
