"今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。"

"Most amazing views. We enjoyed sunset every night. The washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen were part of why I booked here and it was much appreciated. We utilized both amenities. We did not want to leave- absolutely loved the oceanfront views."

"This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was much larger than expected and had plenty of space for 5 people. The maintenance staff does a great job cleaning the pool and BBQ area each morning. Definitely would recommend to anyone!!"

"Such a beautiful place to stay! Walking into the hotel and seeing the blue Pacific Ocean right in front of you was breathtaking. The hotel had gorgeous gardens all around the property.
