One of the comfiest Beds I have ever experienced. BUT the location is a sketchy area. We did not feel safe walking. Charging $79 a day to park a car plus extra daily fees seems unreasonable"

"This hotel is extremely clean. We love the wood floors in the hotel rooms rather than the carpet in most hotels. Beds are comfortable. Staff super friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. We stay here whenever in town."

"Great location. Can walk to the BCD tofu house. The staffs are nice and helpful. Room is clean and new, the smell is okay. Only issues are there was no facial issues in the room, also the kettle I asked for was a bit dirty, had to boiled at least three times to clean the residues inside. Besides that, a valuable stay at a price like this."

"The property exceeded our expectations. Nice room, pleasant staff, daily happy hour, nice restaurant and rooftop pool. Only thing, non paying people were allowed access to pool and often they occupied all the lounge chairs by the pool..for hours! Seems like they should be reserved for those of us who were paying customers. It was expensive to stay there (but I think that is the norm) but the location was terrific! We walked everywhere and did not rent a car."

"The parking was not secure at all. Street parking was the only option, and the area wasn't the best place to park, only to come back the next day and find your car gone. We did not stay the whole night. I was too nervous about the idea, so we decided to drive back home for an hour. "

We did not like the fact that Manny follow us to our rooms with a piece of paper begging us to give the hotel and himself 5 star reviews. He creeped out one of my Co workers. Very nice person and was very helpful, but doesn't need to pester the guest. Other than that, everyone including Manny was very helpful. The walls are a little thin. You hear your neighbors in the morning in their rooms. I did find some cleaning supplies...

"I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms.
