"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My flight was delayed so I checked in late, and nobody came to the front desk for 20 minutes. I finally fell asleep at 6am (this hotel is EXTREMELY loud and impossible to rest in) and the front desk CALLS MY ROOM at 8am asking me if I want a car???? What?? I finally fall back asleep and 1 hour later a staff member rang the doorbell to my room because he wanted to “see if it was occupied”. Unacceptable. "The Hitel was cute. It was in a super convenient area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size. There room was updated, but the bathroom needed some fixing, even though I think it was updated also. Parking was very good. All in all it was a very pleasant place to stay for four days."

"Omg…. This place was old school Hollywood at its finest! Fantastic location on a quiet residential street just off Melrose. The cottages are adorable and well appointed. The staff is friendly and attentive, but note they front desk closes at 5pm, so arrangements need to be made if you arrive later (which they totally accommodate)! It’s like a Bed and Breakfast but without the breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great location, safe and walkable. Clean and attractive property. Our bathroom had a broken light and the fixtures were a bit old. We chose it because of availability of free parking, but unfortunately the spots were all full. The surrounding area has signs posted that permits are required but we street parked anyway and were not ticketed. Staff were friendly and responsive."

"I had an amazing stay here. Gina, Joy and Essenia were amazing, very caring and helpful. The room had everything I needed and in terms of comfort it exceeded my expectations. It is walking distance of stores, supermarket and restaurants. The grocery/products store at the reception was very helpful. I only gave 4 starts on amenities because it would be amazing to have a washer and dryer at the property for the days I've stayed there. I will be back next time and recommend it."

"I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms. From Santa Monica to DTLA, the location is perfect for anything relevant in most of LA. For the superb location of the place alone, their prices are incredibly cheap. I'll add, some of...
