"Top Lage direkt gegenüber vom Farmers Market und The Grove. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren schön renoviert, aber etwas klein. Weniger gut fanden wir die Sanitäranlagen (vor allem die Toilettenspülung) sowie die Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine und Bügeleisen eher enttäuschend und nur auf Anfrage). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und bei einem Zimmer Richtung Straße hört man den Verkehr deutlich, positiv fanden wir aber, dass das Hotel daran gedacht hat und...

"Eduardo at front desk was very nice at check in and out. The Valet guys were great as well as Brendan the bartender. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The property is gorgeous. Only suggestion is to have a skybridge from the hotel to Beverly Center Mall."

"The first room we got wasn't cleaned. Ther was someone's shower cap and other garbage in the room. The second room was clean, but our toilet only sometimes flushed. We called twice to get it fixed but it didn't improve. We told the staff about the issues upon checkout and they said they would refund us the property fee but they never did."

"Palihotel was a cute boutique with charm for days. However, it missed basic amenities like a place inside the hotel to buy water, toothbrush, tampons. I had to walk down to the 7-11 at night, which was 1/2 a mile away. They do include 2 water bottles and snacks in the room but at a high cost like most hotels."

"I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms. From Santa Monica to DTLA, the location is perfect for anything relevant in most of LA. For the superb location of the place alone, their prices are incredibly cheap. I'll add, some of...
