I found this hotel after browsing through options close to the airport. The outside is aesthetically pleasing but the inside not so much. The tile flooring and hallway carpet were outdated; mattress was too fIrm; cracks on the walls and chipped paint throughout the room; no wash cloths or hand towels; tiny closet; and experienced difficulties with the remote to the a/c. This may be a good experience if you need a place to lay your head for the night before moving to the next stop. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi worked and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. There was alot going on on the breakfast menu, so I stuck to a simple omelet, sausage, toast, and OJ.
Good location for me. Very friendly staff and helpful. Good times.

Staff were great, room was clean.
The only thing I did not like is the breakfast. Very limited options. They should add Western Omelette, bacon, poached eggs, Yogurt. In short cater for Western guest as well
A bit old but well maintained ,and the staff was really 👌 professional and courtious ,the food in thier restaurant would rate it 5 star ,totally worth.

Property was mostly great but there was standing water in the shower behind the door with thick mildew build up and kind of made me queasy.
I should’ve said something, but didn’t. It was my first time to Bali and I was staying here before my accommodations were ready. Staff was great, pool was wonderful, and breakfast was good.
Eden Hotel Kuta Review: A Mixed Bag
Eden Hotel Kuta offers a decent stay, though some aspects fall short of a typical 4-star experience. The basic amenities can be a bit frustrating; you'll have to choose between a fridge or a water boiler, and swapping them out requires an inconvenient crouch under the counter. On the brighter side, the TV boasts a good selection of 69 channels.
You'll find two swimming pools, but the front one, with its abandoned, open-curtained units and a resident rat, has a rather unsettling atmosphere. It's a bit perplexing, with many units seemingly out of commission throughout the hotel.
Laundry service is quite pricey at 17,000 IDR per item. We highly recommend Laundry Express, just two buildings to the right, where you can get a kilo washed for 42,000 IDR in 24 hours – there's even a convenient store next door. The 70,000 IDR per person breakfast buffet wasn't appealing, so we skipped it.
While the hotel is a stone's throw from Waterbom and very close to Ngurah Rai Airport, be prepared for the surrounding streets. They are unfortunately frequented by solicitors and drug dealers, which made walking with children uncomfortable.
Overall, it's an acceptable option for a short stay, especially given its proximity to the airport and Waterbom, but don't expect a full 4-star experience.
“Hotel” looks nothing like the pictures in or outside. The hotel is outdated, rotting, falling apart with certain rooms blocked off with caution tape under construction…
Inside the room, the bed sheets & towels had questionable stains, the fridge was not even plugged in and ranked of death, the kettle was covered in stains.
We sat in the room for a bit a couldn’t do it, checked out straight away. You would’ve been better off in a bed and breakfast or hostel…

The staff were amazing little hard to nderstand but lovely
Breakfast was very basic not great at all
Need revamping lots of rooms closed of potentially dangerous
One this I HATE about Bali is taxi drivers don’t take no for an answer and start harassing you once you leave the hotel. The restaurant isn’t worth the prices, there is room service, the pools are not the best and one is only able deep, the AC doesn’t get very cold, the bed was not too soft and not too hard, pillows were horrible, and most of the rooms were blocked off with red tape. Hotel must have a bug problem.
Actually i booted my hotel through the the web and when i went there it was the power of electricity off and the.hotel and i ask the refunds from you nut no body answer me

3.5 stars
Overall is good for the price we are paying . Bathing areas need improvement in cleaning. I would give a 3.5 stars for this hotel .
I'm not sure how this hotel got such a high rating, there are 6 levels and every level has half, if not more of the hotel rooms, red taped over the door, meaning it's unusable, we got 2 rooms side by side as they don't do single rooms that fit a family of 5. Each day when they clean the rooms, they would take 3 towels and replace with 2 towels, even though they knew there were 3 ppl staying in one room, I had to call up everyday for them to bring a 3rd towel. They don't have hand soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands, they said to use the 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash that is in the shower, to wash our hands.
We went to the pool for a swim, there were 4 people already in the pool, when I asked for 4 pool towels, they said that they only have 5 and that I have to use my bath towel and then call house keeping to bring new bath towels to the rooms. (How can you only have 5 pool towels when your hotel is servicing more than 5 people?)
We got the buffet breakfast as part of our package, they don't serve bacon and the fried rice and pasta always has spice in it, so my kids couldn't eat it, they had a 6 bread toaster which only 3 of them worked, so people are waiting ages to get their toast, the orange juice isn't orange juice, it's watered down cordial.
Our room door handle played up, so they moved us from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor, the room they put us in had the WIFI signal on the ceiling which kept beeping every 10 seconds which they couldn't fix.
worst hotel to stay
Hotel a 2 star at most. Rooms had mould in them. Many rooms have been condemned due to dampness /mould. Stickers and padlocks on doors.
Breakfast below par. All food in pans was cold. Eggs were only Hot Food to order.
No coffee machine.
Would never stay there again. Expedia should Dump Eden Hotel
