"This was, by far, one of the worst states of my whole travelling experience. I had the worst night at this hotel, experiencing intense and abnormal itchiness all night, which kept me up most of my one night stay. Given that I felt exhausted after long flight, I just wanted to go to sleep and get some rest. Instead, all night, I was itching my body and my skin, as if something was crawling on it. In all my years of travel, I have never experience anything like that. I sprayed some hand sanitizer and alcohol on the bed and slept on a towel, so I could get a couple of hours of sleep. "

"Pool is rooftop 14th floor with views of LAX runways. Hotel is walkable from LAX if the traffic is too congested for the hotel shuttle. Take the faster LAX Uber shuttle to the Uber pickup lot and a short walk to the Hyatt from there. Cell phone service is not good with the interior rooms. "

"Check out process needs work. You offer express key drop off yet you need key to leave parking garage and it isn’t noted anywhere. Restaurant/Bar great night life vibes Room clean and comfy. Staff incredible especially the concierge staff Saturday 4pm 3/21 Ramon and company went above and beyond to welcome us!!! Very memorable from the beginning. For that, we will be back! "

"Loved it. Beautiful place. Also used outdoor heated pool. Italian Restaurant Andiamo was so amazing. Food and service was great!! Highly recommend Hilton Los Angelas Airport. "

"One of the dryers doesn’t work well. Our tv was broken and then they moved us into another room with another broken tv. There was a huge hairball in the bathroom, and burned holes in the carpet. For 300+ dollars for two nights not including the 45$/night parking fee it was super subpar. "

"I was charged $60 for early check-in, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers about this. There was absolutely no mention of this fee anywhere—not in the Expedia hotel details, nor in any of the reviews. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. The front desk informed me that any check-in before 4 PM requires a $60 fee. I was traveling with two children and a very large suitcase, and to make matters worse, I was told there was no place to store my luggage. I was left with no reasonable option but to pay the fee. This was the first time I’ve ever encountered such a charge at a hotel in Los Angeles, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this hotel. I will definitely not be staying here again. Last, the bath sink is blocked in the room."
