Alexis, Marcos, Enrique, Natanel, Luis Orangel and Rafael truly exceeded expectations and all provided top tier customer service . Everyone was very nice and professional. My birthday trip was very relaxing and an amazing time. Thank you all for all that you do! "

Panda and Franklin really went out of their way to make our time the most fun. They are sweet and caring and always made sure we were happy. We also had Enrique as our butler and he as well made sure everything we needed was done. "
