"Travelers BEWARE! When we arrived at close to 5:00 PM, the room was not ready. Room had a weird stench and there was hair on the bed. The property is ONE room with multiple bets in a private home with an independent entrance. The neighborhood is not one that you want to be caught walking outside at night. It was super noisy with cars driving by late at night with very loud music and planes flying over. Moreover there were some banging repetitive noises that I hope were fireworks. I feel that...

"The bathroom was horrible! The shower had mold all over and to top it of when you would close the shower door it would open by it self pour all the water out. The a/c on the room was not cooling when we got in either had to have maintenance come check it. We have video that we showed the hotel manager so they could rectify all that is wrong in the room that was given to us. At the end they said thank you for our stay there and the hope to see us again. Never again will we stay at any of there...

"The property is literally falling apart. There is no electrical outlets, the chair by the small desk is ripped and the tv dangles in the wall. There is no channels. The windows have never been cleaned by looking at the amount of dirt on the inside. The bathroom is a mess, the toilet is loose both the tank and bowl. "Stayed in the Junior suite, 28th floor, loved the building, clean and modern facilities, walking distance from coffee shops. Area was very safe for walking at nights alone, beautiful terrace area, pool. Check in was the only glitch; host did not provide check in instructions on time so caused a delay at my check in . Overall definitely a great experience and I would recommend and return. "

"This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge.
