"The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."

"We didn’t get any information about what services available in the hotel when we checked in… , front disk girl was not professional in loudly saying .. sir your card was declined… and she was mistaken.. she charged my cards twice.. and they had to refund me.. a gentleman in the front disk was awesome and went the extra mile to help me finding my phone I lost in the taxi Overall the front disk manager was nice and apologetic We loved the hotel .. overall and we will come back"

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."

"Location is excellent and very accessible to three different tube stations. It’s a small hotel and staff were friendly enough. They have tea and coffee set up 24/day which was nice to have. The bed was very comfortable and the room was small but efficient with lots of charging ports. My only issue is the cleanliness. Thankfully the sheets were clean but the carpets were disgusting and the single chair in the room was so dirty it could not be used. There was hair stuck to the back of the toilet...
