"Number one it is not an all-inclusive and that’s what people need to know before they even go there. I have been there before so I already knew what to expect and I like that I’m very picky with food so a lot of food I was able to take as long as it was packaged But all in all and very nice trip and I am hoping to go back there next year same place even"

"Super nettes kleines Hostal, in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Alles ist schön sauber"

"Amazing resort, great food, and even better hospitality!!"

"It is not with the GPS and there is no number for. To call"

"Resort exceeded my expectations. Resort was very well kept and modern. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great resort to relax and rest. Best part for me was the pool. It surrounded the whole resort which gave enough space for everyone to enjoy the pool without being jammed together. Super peaceful place."

"Everything was very good; the only thing that needs improvement is the very old gym equipment."

"The resort is beautiful and spotless, and the beach is gorgeous. This season the current is rough, so be a strong swimmer. Not ideal for young kids, but great for boogie boarding and surfing. I've stayed at a lot of Punta Cana resorts, and this one felt drier. Not all the staff were warm, though some stood out. The entertainment was good but very Americanized. I missed seeing more of the local culture. We paid extra for Preferred Club and most of it fell flat. Our butler was great, and the...

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made...

"I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets had noticeable stains. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, an appropriate refund. Please address these concerns as soon as possible."

"The hotel is under construction, the room didn't have a Kitchinete as the website says, no hot water, no elevator, no parking.Had to change rooms twice, one of the rooms the door didn't lock. The staff on the other hand was extremely helpful and did their best to help."

"Secluded. Quiet. Deep in the woods. Staff is amazing. All fun. The Chef is great, and breakfast is the best I have ever had."

"We had an amazing time at Ocean El Faro! It was such a lovely family getaway, and we came home with wonderful memories. We enjoyed trying the different restaurants, and the steaks at the steakhouse were definitely our favourite! A special thank you to our butler, Hector, for taking care of us throughout our stay. He was a huge help with booking our restaurant reservations and was always there whenever we needed assistance. We did encounter a few problems with our room, but we truly appreciated...
