"Was our 3rd or 4th time staying. Car park good. Area around is lovely. Reception area is really nice. Room is clean, large. Bar food was good. Staff were good. Breakfast was okay - staff there were lovely. Pool, changing rooms are nice but steam room not working which was a shame. Welcome arrival from reception always seems lukewarm."

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning.
