"The room was clean, good bathroom, with a nice shower. The staff at breakfast were very attentive, Cumberland sausages were nice, bacon a bit tough and overcooked, hash browns were good. Our one night only stay was quite acceptable and comparatively good value."

"Lovely well appointed rooms, very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Shower head didn’t look like it would give a great shower but actually was quite powerful. The breakfast buffet was perfect- lots of choice all excellent quality and now im going to have to buy a waffle maker for home! Would definitely stay again, perfect location for the arena which was why we were In birmingham. Highly recommend"

"We love the hotel. Staff were really friendly. Great location for the ICC and the Arena. Easy parking and everything is well looked after. Only thing we found was we were expecting there to be a fridge but there wasn’t and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay again"

Positives: Easy check in, parking is discounted & next door, late checkout option, comfortable bed, kitchen area fully stocked & had everything needed, the room areas were split nicely & the shower water pressure was perfect! Negatives: I paid for a family room but was given a standard room which meant I had a shower instead of a bath tub which was annoying as the shower head did not come off making it difficult to shower...
