"Great hotel, rooms were simple but very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and they even held our luggage after the check out for a few hours.
It doesn’t offer a full breakfast but make sure to go right across the street to Hugo’s, it has the best breakfast and they even give a discount if you’re staying in Hotel Mariposa."

Thank you!"

"Not for families going to Universal. Garage is inconvenient. I was lost for 20 min in the mall. Just valet if you stay. Very confusing. Hotel grounds not well maintained. Dirty. Rooms need updating. Had to move rooms because everything in our room was broken and stained (lamp shade, walls, all cabinets, bathtub) carpet so dirty.
Ordered room service, food was luke warm at best, not flavorful, missing a few items but not worth the trouble.
Manager super helpful. Thank you.
