"This place is a bit ‘odd’, because the exterior of the property is so-so at best…yes, they seem to have some ‘construction’ going on. The pool which was right outside of our room (#0109), play music pretty darn loud during the day. On the other hand, the room itself was pleasantly nice. It’s quite obvious they’ve done some upgrades somewhat recently, as most of the ‘things’ in the room was pretty modern (usb and plugins near the beds…mirror by sink….toilet & shower…mattresses on beds) all seem...

It has gotten worse and here is the list of things that were worse- The window blinds were almost all broken or chipped- the floors were not mopped or cleaned properly- the walls looked aged and needed fresh paint- the bathroom shower had holes in the walls-, the overall AC unit was falling apart- The walls next door were so thin you could hear the neighbors snore or talk- There is no privacy blinds just broken ones- The hallways were...

"Breakfast was ok in the morning. The pool area is needing repairs and there’s no chair pads for comfort as advertised in the photos. The beds were ok here and it was quiet. We used the little table and chairs in the room to eat at and the one chair I sat on was deteriorating and it marked up my clothing. They honestly should just throw out some of the furniture and replace them. "

"We have stayed here several times. Free breakfast is one of the best for a motel. We stayed 3 days. No maid service for those days so we did need to empty the trash. Wil stay again when in the lake havasu area."

"Smelly. Dirty. Sheets clearly unchanged from previous guest. Multiple cockroaches. burnt out lights. Battery missing from smoke detector. Definitely overpriced for poor living conditions. Not enough soap and toiletries. Dirty toilet. Paint falling off. Shower damaged. Clearly extremely neglected. "
