"Service is exllence"

"Wonderful little hotel. Will stay again when in lovely Luzern"

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"The property was conveniently located. They were very helpful with recommendations on a daily basis. They had a very nice breakfast included."

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."

"Decent hotel for the price"

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean. Would stay there again."

"Great location. Tiny room, much smaller than expected. Bed was not comfortable, no air conditioning, steep sets of stairs to reach rooms."

"With the exception of the dinner, everything was good. B/F was excellent, hotel staff and restaurant personnel were great, room was clean & quiet, but the dinner (cook by an Italian chef apparently) was under par."

"The rooms were exceptional. The honeymoon suite comprised of a large dining room/kitchen, 2 guest rooms and a very large master bedroom overlooking the water. All beautifully furnished. Comfy bed. The check-in, at a nearby hotel, was easy and gave us discount vouchers."

"Everything is all good. Except for that the bathroom is not inside the room which is something I did not expect and know in advance."
