"The premier room had a spectacular view and wonderful balcony. The staff was all very professional and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! "Best spa in Switzerland, perhpas in Europe. Our front desk agent, Daria, was very courteous and warm and made our stay extra comfortable. All the amenities, food, comfy bed, and blend with nature and hiking options made our stay truly relaxing. Will plan to come back for sure."

"tldr, but here's the bottom line: overpriced for the limited convenience and lack of comfort and service provided. i would not return. more context to follow. unit minimally equipped and met subpar levels of cleanliness. towels were scratchy and thin, and bedding not thoroughly laundered. barely a view of the river, mostly visible only if i stepped out into the balcony and peered past the trees and construction cranes next door. there wasn't a heads up about construction happening right next...
