"Service is exllence"

"Close to train station and city for easy walking. One bad experience was the party at Flora. People were celebrating and talking very loudly until 4:00 am. Need to close at a much earlier hour. Very little sleep that night."

"Wonderful little hotel. Will stay again when in lovely Luzern"

"Sehr schönes Hotel, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer gut, super Aussicht, dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kostenlose Parkplätze, schöner Garten direkt am Wasser."

"Lovely stay here while running the SwissCity Marathon. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean."

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"Amazing hotel!"

"This is a beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained property. We had an absolutely wonderful view and the location couldn't be better. They also have a great restaurant. The staff were some of the kindest, professional, and helpful we have experienced in a long time. This includes the restaurant staff as well."

"The rooms were exceptional. The honeymoon suite comprised of a large dining room/kitchen, 2 guest rooms and a very large master bedroom overlooking the water. All beautifully furnished. Comfy bed. The check-in, at a nearby hotel, was easy and gave us discount vouchers."

"Decent hotel for the price"

"El hotel estaba muy bonito, el desayuno muy rico y variado. Nos agradó mucho la estadía."

"**Beautiful, modern, and comfortable, but very expensive** We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alpina in Lucerne. The room was beautifully decorated, modern, and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of places within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. My only concern was the price. It was honestly one of the most expensive hotel nights I've ever paid for. I'm not sure whether there was a special...

"It was clean, receptionist was so kind and welcoming and the best hotel in Lucerne. Highly recommend"
