"It was beautiful hotel. It does not have AC so got really hot in room. They provided a fan. We tried the restaurant it was good. Service is not the best but views are amazing. I loved it, it’s away from the noise but area is not as nice on the other side of the hotel."

"Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...

"Very basic bed & breakfast hotel. They offer free parking outside, in front of the property. The stuff are friendly. The room was tight and very basic. It did not have a small fridge or air-conditioning. Happened to be there on a very hot day and it was quite hot in the room, despite a small portable fan type of cooling device on the floor, which was quite loud, but I had to use it to keep the room temperature to a bareable level. Le personnel accueillant et souriant, nous avons le droit a une carte pour tous les transports gratuits avec les horaires du funiculaire et bus a l'arrivée n'oubliez pas de redemander si vous n'avez pas eu le mail ! Petit déjeuner salé/sucré avec pas mal de choix. Seul et vraiment seul bémol : les oreillers sont horribles 😁😁"

"The lobby looked nice and maintained but the rooms are very outdated and honestly a little run down. There is peeling drywall, holes in paintings, dirty fabric and carpet. The bed itself seemed clean, staff were great and junior suite views were amazing! The rating is for these mainly. I only stayed 1 night, but if I were staying longer I would have some regret. I wouldn't book again."
