"We have been staying at this hotel regularly over the years. It is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are in good condition and have everything in them that you need. The breakfast are good as are the meals in the evening. The hotel is within easy reach of the city centre and a short walk from the lighthouse. "

"One night stay and it was quitw good. The bed was comfy the shower was great. The whole place is very new hip and fresh. Only downside is the staff at reception and restaurant. Everything takes absolute ages! Maybe they're understaffed. Would definitely stay again. "

"Wonderful place to stay. Lovely room overlooking the Moor. Great beers & food. Fantastic breakfast…..love the Hogs pudding! Went to Phillip Warrens and bought some to take home. Highly recommend! "

"Rooms and bathrooms very dated Grass growing outside window Car parking experience very scary, homeless people, smell of weed and dead pigeons everywhere. "

"Lovely location but we both slept really badly as the walls are very thin and not soundproof in the least!! The person in the room next door was talking (maybe gaming) loudly all night, until some time after 5.30am, making it impossible to sleep. Otherwise hotel was friendly and a ve try pleasant experience."
