"Great location, great staff, terrific food, good amenities. The only problem is the main pool was damaged in the latest series of storms. So we were unable to use the main pool and had to use the children’s pool. That was a bummer. We will gladly come back when the pool is fixed."

"Muy limpio , todo calladito muy bonito pero No avía wife y Los cell No agarran ahí 🙁 ! Buscamos al encargado de la noche Un Héctor y le Markamos a su cell y nunca nos contestó para nada 😡"

"The property is less than one year old, so all the modern amenities, plus new. The kitchen was equipped well enough and there is also a large grill outside. The pool is in a central courtyard, surrounded by a privacy wall. The owner was visiting during my stay and was very welcoming. The property is located on the edge of town, so a car, taxi, or Uber is the best way to get to central PV. But there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance. They are building a rooftop patio which...

"Muy bonito, complicada la llegada pero el hotel muy agradable, el personal se porto de maravilla con nosotros, nos ascendieron a una habitación y fue increible"

"Beautiful Secluded Getaway with Amazing Ocean Views This property is a bit far from town, but it’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy some peace and privacy. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by jungle with breathtaking views of the ocean. The scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are simple but comfortable and fit well with the natural surroundings. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is relatively...

"Carmen looked after our room. It was impeccably clean. She changed our sheets every morning. This property is right on the beach. It is owned by a local Mexican family, so there's pride in ownership. I love the area for all the fabulous restaurants within walking distance. My only wish is for them to upgrade to flat lounges on the beach. The hammock chairs are very uncomfortable. Also, enforce the no smoking policy by the pool and restaurant."

"Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool area could be better, but overall pleased with the stay."

"Staff were excellent!"

"Great location and excellent customer service"

"La dueña / gerente del Hotel es una gran persona, increiblemente accesible y totalmente orientada al servicio al cliente y la comodidad del huesped. Pero el muchacho que esta "atendiendo" en la tarde se duerme en el sillon, cierra la puerta principal y no soluciona nada."

"Staff very accommodating. When / if there was an issue with anything, it was addressed quickly and satisfactorily . Elevator access to all floors plus stairs. Perfect location to many restaurants, stores and beach. Rooftop pool was a great place to spend our days. Another pool is on ground floor, we hadnt used it but often other travellers were there. We asked to upgrade our room, staff very accommodating in showing us several options to make our choice . Starting Nov 1, there is a...
