The place is severely understaffed. The rooms are dirty towels are stained. It’s just overall just a rough condition hotel for its age definitely one of the worst hotels in that area

Horseshoe Las Vegas
The rooms were nice and housekeeping was excellent. Front desk was really responsive to my questions. My only complaint is I was irritated that there was no microwave in the room and unable to request one via the front desk. Apparently, that is a Las Vegas thing.
