The property itself was fun and the pool was nice and refreshing. However, the room was only cleaned twice during our visit and we needed to request more toilet paper, towels, and conditioner since they hadn’t adequately cleaned and kept up with the room.

Horseshoe Las Vegas
The rooms were nice and housekeeping was excellent. Front desk was really responsive to my questions. My only complaint is I was irritated that there was no microwave in the room and unable to request one via the front desk. Apparently, that is a Las Vegas thing.
