"Our stay was great! Room was clean and spacious. We went up to the roof to watch the kids swim and called and asked for the fireplace to be turned on. Nobody ever came to turn it on. That a bit of a disappointment."

"Bathroom door was so close to toilet. Shuttle service to airport would be nice. Some outlets in room wouldn't charge a phone. Breakfast was nice, good choices."

"Room was clean. The only issue we had was the shower faucet would not completely shut off the water. Should be addressed as soon as possible due to the loss of water."

"The staff was great , especially Michelle and Robert. They need to rethink what type of furniture is needed in each room. For example there was only one kitchen chair and one os chair. I was there for 3 days with my wife and we couldn't sit together to have a meal. To watch tv , I had to sit on the bed and my wife had to sit on the os chair. They don't clean the room at all. We had to take out the trash when we checked out. You don't get clean towels everyday, you have to ask for them....

"The staff was excellent, pleasant, helpful and patient. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was terrific. The rooms were outdated but cleaned well. The breakfast bar offered a variety of foods including lighter options."

"Staff was nice. Sleeping was rough. Bed was like sleeping on a board and the AC sounded like an airplane taking off every time it turned on so it woke us up all night."

"The room were actually quite nice and clean, good AC and plenty of TV channels on new Samsung TVs. The pool area looked inviting too. Outside the rooms, hallway etc. it looked pretty tired and grim. Be aware that they put a quite high 'hold' on your card. I think it was $170 or so. That in addition to the price for the room."

"I booked a room at this place and upon arriving I couldn't contact host in any shape or form, no though messages or phone, I could never go inside room since host NEVER contact me for instructions, I called my bank immediately to CANCEL ANY PAYMENT. 3 days later and host never return any of my messages or calls. DON'T BOOK AT THIS PLACE, you been WARNED!"
