"We travel to Las Vegas every summer for business. We're there for a week. We have stayed at this Embassy Suites for 2 years now. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only negative is that for both years now, not all elevators are functioning. Only one on one side and one on the other side of the hotel are operating. One elevator is completely non-functioning. "I had an appalling check-in experience at the Las Vegas Renaissance on 6/4/2026. Arriving late with my son, the receptionist, Rachel, refused to check us in because the reservation was under my wife's name. Despite showing my ID with the exact same home address, she showed zero flexibility, forcing me to wake up my wife at 1:00 AM her time to call Expedia and add my name. "It took us a long time to check in. When we asked the staff about where anything was they told us wrong. Everything else was amazing!"

"The resort near the airport, so it is convinient to move but a little bit noisy. I checked in late so i have to live in the farest. The available pools are small. The plus one for resort is having the laundry room. No water or sthing to boil the water, "
