"The lobby and casino floors smelled like a strong perfume that was used to cover up- not successfully- the persistent smell of cigarette smoke. There were no smoke free places to gather as a group, and you need a key to get to other guests rooms, which made it difficult to gather with our family who were traveling together in different rooms. The rooms were ok, but the two queen rooms lacked even a chair to sit in. The suites were nice and big, but the mattress was just so so. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would not stay here again, mostly because I am so sensitive to smoke and it was impossible yo avoid."

"LOVED MY STAY AT THE 4 QUEEENS! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH FABULOUS LOCATION! ALL OF THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WARM AND WELCOMING! I FELT LIKE A ROCKSTAR! THE CHAI TEA IS EPIC BETTER THEN STARBUCKS AND CHEAPER! GYM AND POOL! EASY ACCESS TO WALK LOCALLY. CANT WAIT TO BE BACK! THE ROOM WAS SUPER SPACIOUS AS WELL! THANKS TO ALL STAFF YOU ALL ROCK!!! "the problem I had was the lack of room service options and the performance i experienced. was a busy weekend so that could kind of be excused downtown is cool I think for adults it's the best downtown option. also the tablet in mr room was finikey to the point of being useless"
