"Elevator was not working. My room was on 3 rd floor. I'm 75 years old. It was rough with my luggage . Shuttle was great. Desk staff was great. Just only room for me was on 3 rd floor. I would never do that again ..stairs were too much. "

"The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. They put me in a room that was not prepared. Moved me to another room that was already reserved for somebody else then moved me again to another room where the TV wasn’t working the phone wasn’t working and somebody had to come fix everything. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had."

"The hotel canceled my reservation before I even arrived. Because they were overbooked.No one attempted to contact me. Even though the desk clerk said somebody called me. Yet I had no missed calls. They’re liars! I will never make another reservation at this location again!"

"There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!."

"This was the worst travel experience of life!! After making reservations 28days in advance and reconfirming 16 hours before my arrival . I get a call from Stay America in Brooklyn at my reservation was cancelled! As I getting off the plane in Cleveland. No real explanation given except they were overbooked and I was out of luck !!So I called Expedia and put on hold for 20 minutes only to have the call droppped so tried again with exactly same results and on the third attempt was was to try get...

"Loved the lady in the kitchen and front desk personnel who were both friendly and accommodating. The washer did not work which was disappointing! "

"Room was spacious and clean, most staff I encountered were polite and friendly. Get to breakfast early. 15 minutes before 9 most food was empty and the woman working was very short with a guy about how close to "closing" it was and was not going to make any more. Also instead of just saying the pancake maker was not working to a guy, she made a point to point out the "post it note on the far end" sign that said it was out of order....twice."
