Some parts of restaurant aren’t cleaned properly, you could see dust on consoles, bread crumbs on sofas. And then also their spa didn’t work. They have known this at the time of my booking but only informed me some days before my arrival when the booking was non refundable. "

I expect this type of comment in Paris, maybe, but not outside the city in a town where people frequent for hiking and skiing. "
