One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. We were led to believe by reception there were no restaurants open after 10pm hour but later discovered the entire village with options including take out pizza late night. "This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. "The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "
