"The room has what it says. No ventilation unless you wake up every hour to reset. This is a "feature" for environmental friendliness. What it does is make a tiny windowless box a miserable place to sleep. Easy check in and was what we paid for."

"I come back solely because of Sam, the wonderful concierge. Each time I arrive with my family, he makes everything easy, happy and fun. He consistently goes out of his way for us and everyone else. I wish there were more people in the world like him. The world would be a better place. The hotel is amazing and so are all the other employees. Love the location!"

Curtains hard to close had to lean on back of sofas to reach. Breakfast cool hot food, not much choice . Only filter coffee tasted like it had been stood a while and a domestic toaster just the one"

"Only stayed one night unfortunately but will definitely return. Staffs are very helpful and friendly; great breakfast; bedroom lovely and enjoyed the bar. We would have eaten at the restaurant but only one vegan option on the menu so are elsewhere and the gym is good as long as there are few people in there at the same time. Great location in the center, just not the easiest to find."
