"My reservation from Hotels.com did not show up at the hotel by the time I arrived. The hotel staff was great as they saw I had a receipt and got me checked in. I will not use hotels.com again!"

"Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks"

"Hotel was nice, clean and updated. Breakfast was so-so- it wasnt really "bad", just didnt have any meat and not big variety. BUT it was good! Staff was wonderful, housekeeping polite and helpful. "
