"The room was clean and had everything needed, even very large bath towels. The dinner and breakfast were also very good."

"Great hotel, lovely rooms and lounge areas. Food in the restaurant was excellent: good choice at a reasonable price. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"The room was clean. The bathroom light didn't work and we were told we would have to use the communal bathroom instead. Couldn't open the window. Room had air vent from kitchen outside window."

"Shower had a draining issue and in room fan was pretty noisy (hence we couldn't use it). Nonetheless, overall it was a decent stay."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would stay at The Crown again without hesitation, however as I am disabled there are not enough parking spaces available for disabled guests staying at the hotel. The bays at the front of the hotel (3) were, at most times occupied by non blue badge holders."

"Everything is absolutely perfect beautiful place and fantastic staff"

"A very quaint period public house. Our room was quite small but definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. Obviously to be expected with a quaint period public house. The bar was well stocked and plenty of room at the bar, surrounding tables and restaurant. The staff were very knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. "Solo stay 2 nights, great location on seafront, 20 mts walk from station. Clean room, good size, comfortable bed, shower fine, minor annoyance with finding sockets. Breakfast excellent, great choice of hot items."

"A great place to stay, especially when the sun is shining! Very comfortable room and a lovely breakfast."

"Room small but nice & clean, staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast very good, nice area, be sure to check out the Abbey opposite, well worth a visit.. "

"スタッフさんも優しく、朝食もいただけるのでありがたかったです。"

"Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!"

"Very friendly staff, evening meal and breakfast done to a high quality. Everything you need in the rooms including hairdryer"

"The hotel was beautiful and our room was large. We got here early and our room was ready but they asked for a £20 fee to go in early … we couldn’t understand that . Apart from that all was good . Nice continental breakfast."

"It’s always a joy to stay at The Queens. It’s comfortable, clean, has the most excellent and generous menu, but it’s their team that are the real gems in their crown."
