"The hotel was fair and provided the basic necessities, though it was not particularly fancy and is located in a somewhat run-down area. The shuttle service was reliable andon time, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout the stay."

"The quilt on the bedding had some kind of mold and unknown brown stains inside and was only visible when held to a light. It was clear that the bedding was uncleared. Absolutely disgusting, do not book here!"

The hourly shuttle was perfect to get to and from the airport plus plenty of parking on site (and next door) - which is hard to find at hotels near the airport. Our room was clean and appointed very well, just what we needed for the one night we stayed there. Cold water and welcome snacks were available to grab in the lobby, which was nice to have in the room to snack on. Fridge in room was a nice thing to have, which was missing in...

"Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, but the surrounding areas were terrible. Stink, garbage ever. What a beautiful hotel to be surrounded by such mess! Be prepared to pay 55$ per day for parking with in and out privilege near by. No parking provided by hotel."

"Hotel doesn't hold luggage, charged me a high fee for early check in, no benefits or courtesy for Hilton members. Snack and food prices were over $20. I guess when there are no much options available you have to go with what you find, but definitely will not be a future hotel choice."

"Stayed for one night. Nice and modern. The area in the lobby with ice machine felt very communal. Make up remover wipes in the bathroom came in clutch, so you're not getting it on the pillows! Too many towels in the hallways- could've been the guests tossing them there, or shorthanded house keeping. Overall, would stay there again."

"Nice rooms and staff was very friendly. Hotel is located in China town so majority of the hotel was Chinese related. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant overlooking the city."

"1st, when we got there, Deana Hsu is at the front desk, we were greeted right away. Very friendly, ask if we been there before and when we said no, she gave us a lot of information on how to use the bus, the train, where to go for excellent food tripping, she is very informative to guests. We arrived early ( before check in time coming from Washington,DC ) so we were tired, we ask if we can get a room at that time and she said yes. That is a relief, all other staff are nice as well, mini fridge...
