"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Staff was very friendly, beds comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Hotel is located near many restaurants and short walking distance to train station. We were able to get anywhere in the Rome via trains and metro for 8 euros day pass. But you can easily access Vatican or colosseum with 3 euros tickets. Ostia is suppose to be beach recreational area but I wouldn’t recommend it for beach vacation. Area is way too dirty with old disgusting buildings....

"We loved our stay! At the last minute, we decided to leave the Rome city center to get to the sea, before our flight the next morning. Our hosts made it happen, even though we were checking in at 10 pm. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, and the location was a lot of fun on a Friday night with a great atmosphere and buzz about the shopping area! "Only stayed a night to wait for flight. Hotel might be a bit dated, but lovely service (gentleman who checked us in, scheduled our airport shuttle for the next morning with no issues), clean room and a short walk to multiple restaurants by the water in the fishing village. "Gem outside of Rome. Only a 15-25 minute, 20 euro max taxi ride to and from. This was worth it since Rome is very busy, touristy, and it's nice to get away from it after a day of roaming.. My wife and I only stay at high quality locations (or we like to think), and this was one of them. It was a great hotel with a great resort feel, but still very clean and comforting. Thank you.
Also, the massage at the spa was one of the best we've had. It was worth every penny. Special thanks to Alassandra...
