"とても綺麗なお部屋で大満足でした！ 住所の扉と事前にチェックインの方法を教えて頂いていた時の画像の扉と違い周辺を彷徨いました笑 でも目の前のレストランの男性スタッフが助けてくださり無事チェックインできました！ スタッフの方はとてもいい方で、親切に対応してくれました。 お部屋は綺麗立地も最高！ 観光もとてもしやすかったです！ チェックインがより簡単だともっと嬉しいです☺️ イタリア語も英語も話せず困った私が悪いですが笑 施設について(例チェックアウトの方法等)クリアファイルにまとめてあり、とてもわかりやすかったです。 次回ベネチアに来る際も利用したいです！"

"We had an OK stay here. For a couple of nights in Venice it worked out well for us. That being said, the room was very basic and the walls / doors were incredibly thin. We could hear “everything” if you know what I mean… The bathroom was decent and clean, but had mold behind the sink and along the caulk in the shower. It’s a unique room set up, no front desk, everything is through WhatsApp/Phone. Again, for a couple of nights it’s fine, but for a longer stay I would be hesitant to book this."

"Great location!!! Little difficult to find at first. Host communication was okay. Gave me a detailed info to how to get in my room. I asked for storage availability, got no answer for 12 hours later. Overall, location does it all. I would recommend this place if you don't have lenghty schedule to explore the city."
