"Enjoyed having breakfast in a covered area in the garden - penty of choice and high quality. I also enjoyed chatting to the lady in charge in French, as my Italian is virtually non-existent and it turned out we were both ex-teachers of French. She was very helpful with potential access problems and we never found ourselves locked out!"

"The staff are amazing and kindly held our baggage so we could explore Venice. When our room was ready they even delivered our bags to the room. We had an early morning departure and the staff were nice enough to have some breakfast options ready for us before our departure time. "

"Very clean room with big windows to get fresh air looking at the channel… everything smells so good and clean; breakfast was great and abundant. Front desk people were very friendly, helpful and speaks clear English. Shower pressure water was great and everything is walking distances in a magic area! Walking through the narrow and charming streets and bridges from this charming well maintained hotel was magic. Carry the map paper they will provide you in case your google maps doesn’t work...

"Very friendly staff Hotel is older but they all are. we had a quad room and it was large and all functional. It was about a 10-12 min walk from train station and the restaurants around the hotel we all being enjoyed by locals and it was safe . "Check in was very easy, greated by David who gave us a map and some suggestions of places to visit and eat. We didn't eat at the recommended places but found some fantastic eateries such as Ristorante La Feluca and Ristorante Da Raffaele. Seafood and Steaks to die for, and never had better Tiramasu. The hotel is situated 1 minute walk from the Boat stop of San Samuele on the Number 2 Route and is only 5 minutes walk from Sant Angelo which is on the Orange route to and from the airport.
