"Good stay"

"The room was dirty , dirty pillowcase left on the floor! No cleaning done prior to our arrival No matress topper on one of the beds No replacement of toilet paper No soap refill We put our used towels to be replaced on the floor of the bathroom.. we When we came back after our day out , the DIRTY towels were replaced back on the towel rails!!! This was not acceptable at all .. There was no ramp to get our suitcases up the steps into the hotel reception door way . We found this a struggle and no staff on hand to help. "

"Perfect little one night stay. Convenient to everything and the people were excellent. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Room is cozy. However, the checkin time is very strict, say 4pm. Shpping center is about 1 mile away. Bar is inside the hotel but, sounds expensive. They charge water additional. "

"The room did not have an additional safety lock in the door and did not have a shower (only a bath). Check-in was also difficult as there was nobody available when I arrived so I had to call and check in via phone."

"Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff. "
