Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. "Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. "Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for.
Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly.
Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much.
Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"A lovely and very affordable stay in a nice quiet room! Every inch of the room was pristinely clean and tidy. The reception staff member was very helpful, professional and efficient.

"Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious..
The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well.

"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout.
